David Shirinian of Vaughan, Ontario, died in an accident in Vaughan late Tuesday, May 21, he was 16 years old. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend, renowned for his bright smile, kind heart, lovely eyes, and the joy he provided to everyone he encountered. At 10:45 p.m., York Regional Police officers responded to the intersection of Martin Grove Road and Jackman Crescent, south of Langstaff Road, for a collision between a mini bike and a vehicle at a four-way stop.

What happened?

“When police arrived on the scene of the collision, they found a male youth with life-threatening injuries,” the cops stated. Shirinian was rushed to the hospital, where he died, authorities added. Harnoor Chauhan, a 24-year-old resident of Vaughan, has subsequently been charged with possession of a controlled drug, failure to stop after an accident resulting in death, and hazardous operation causing death. He was subject to a release order for unrelated offenses at the time of the incident, according to the police.

In relation to the crash, investigators are looking for witnesses, and anybody with information or nearby camera footage is requested to come forward.
