Tragically, Cody Hoberg of Newark, Ohio, passed away. This occurred lately, and depressing postings about his passing have been created. Cody Hoberg passed away on June 16 due to injuries he suffered in a horrific accident, according to many Facebook posts. His family is shocked and inconsolable, since they never expected him to pass away at such a young age. Cody was 19 when he passed away. Please remember his family in your prayers and thoughts as they get through this difficult time in their lives. Their spirits will be greatly raised by kind comments as well. Cody’s friends and family will truly miss him.

Teenage Cody was intelligent and perceptive. He was really passionate and full of life. He was always prepared and eager to work and provide as much support as he could for his family and himself. Jimmy and Shelby Hoberg have a gorgeous kid named Cody. His hometown is Newark, Ohio. He was employed by National Trail Raceway. Even though he was just a youngster when he began working in such an exciting industry, he was extremely competent at what he did, and he never lacked sound judgment when carrying out his duties. Top leaders at the company and his coworkers cherished him greatly.
Concerning National Trail Raceway
National Trail Raceway is a quarter-mile dragstrip that links Hebron and Kirkersville, Ohio, USA, and is located along U.S. Route 40. The racetrack is approximately thirty minutes east of Columbus, Ohio. Locals call these “National Trails.” After groundbreaking in 1963 with the help of his sons Ben and Clark Rader, Sr., the complex was built in 1964. US Route 40 was known at one point as either the National Road, the National Trail, or both, which is why it was given the moniker National Trail Raceway. It was the fifth-largest racing facility in the United States at the time.
The NHRA purchased the circuit from the Rader family in 1996. A compromise was reached when the NHRA threatened to kick the Spring Nationals off track after their original offer was turned down. National Trail is now one of the few tracks in the country controlled directly by the NHRA. Soon after, Pontiac began sponsoring the national competition held at NTR. The tournament’s original name, the Spring Nationals, was renamed the Pontiac Excitement Nationals, and then the Pontiac Performance Nationals. Then, the NHRA event slated for mid-June was moved to mid-May. In 2006, Top Fuel driver Tony Schumacher set a new national speed record for the NHRA with a speed of 336.15 mph, thanks to favorable weather and circuit conditions. The Pontiac Performance NHRA Nationals were moved to Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, approximately 100 miles north of National Trail Raceway, which was no longer the site of a national event, following the 2006 NHRA season.
