Missing Ryan Bishop, a type 1 diabetic patient last seen on May May 15

Ryan Bishop

RYAN JAMES BISHOP, who has been reported missing was last seen Wednesday, May 15 at 9:15 a.m. Ryan is a type 1 diabetic, he suffers from diabetic neuropathy and dying of the nerves, his condition requires consistent medication/medical attention and he is insulin dependent, Ryan did not take any of his medication with him when he left and has not been to the chemist to collect his next script. This means that Ryan has been without insulin or any of his other medications for a week, this is extremely worrying as it takes only 24 – 48 hours for their bodies to start failing and for them to go into DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis), after that mortal outcomes would likely occur within days to perhaps a week or two.

According to the information on social media, Melton police are failing Ryan’s mum, Leanne Maree, his partner Daniel James, his immediate family and close friends in helping finding Ryan in the realising the urgency in this matter the response that the family get is things take time there is not enough time that they can take when it comes to urgency and action that is needed to bring him home
